The Password I Received Doesn't Work — What Should I Do?

If the password we sent doesn't work, the fix is simple — open a ticket on our Discord and we'll replace it immediately.

Step 1 — Record a Video (REQUIRED)

Before opening a ticket, record a video showing the login attempt with the credentials we provided. The following must be clearly visible:

- Started Payment Screen

— The login screen

— The credentials being entered

— The error message

— Current date, time and timezone

No video = no replace, no refund. Period.

Step 2 — Open a Ticket on Our Discord

Join our Discord server and open a support ticket. Send your order ID and the video proof.
