1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from NfaOnTop (nfaontop.mysellauth.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our store.

2. Products

We sell digital gaming accounts and in-game content including but not limited to Valorant accounts, Fortnite Full Access (FA) accounts, and Fortnite Non-Full Access (NFA) accounts. All products are digital goods and are delivered electronically.

3. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to purchase from our store. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept multiple payment methods including cryptocurrency and cards. All transactions are final once the order is marked as delivered.

5. Delivery

Digital goods are delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Delivery is instant upon payment confirmation in most cases. If you do not receive your order within 30 minutes, contact us on Discord immediately.

6. Account Security

Once an account is delivered to you, you are solely responsible for its security. We strongly recommend:

— Changing the email password immediately upon receipt

— Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

— Not sharing your login credentials with anyone

We are not responsible for account loss, bans, or security issues that occur after delivery due to the buyer's own actions.

7. Replacements and Refunds

All replacement and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Key points:

— Video proof is required for all claims (Fortnite FA, Fortnite NFA, Valorant)

— Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery

— Accounts that have been modified after delivery are not eligible for replacement

— No video = no replacement, no refund

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

— Use our products for any illegal purpose

— Attempt to resell purchased accounts without our prior written consent

— File fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes

— Abuse our support system with false claims

Violation of these terms may result in a permanent ban from our store and legal action where applicable.

9. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team is a violation of these terms. We maintain full transaction records and will dispute all fraudulent chargebacks. We encourage buyers to contact us first — we resolve all legitimate issues promptly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided "as is". We make no guarantees regarding the continued availability of in-game items, skins, or account features after delivery, as these are subject to the policies of the respective game publishers (Epic Games, Riot Games).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NfaOnTop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
